We also represent the interests of our clients in German courts. Dr. Azhari is a fully licensed lawyer in Germany and admitted to all German High Courts.

The advice covers the setting up and expansion of companies in Germany as well as company acquisitions. Beyond this we have considerable experience in the area of insolvency law and advise clients in insolvency law scenarios. This means both the advising of clients undergoing a corporate crisis in which the client has a holding interest as an investor of equity or external capital, as well as the often very financially favourable acquisition of insolvent companies from insolvency assets.

As tax law plays a cardinal role in all areas of German commercial law, tax law is also one of our areas of specialization.

We advise our clients in their dealings with German-based partners. In doing so, we advise our clients with regard to both import and export trade as well in dealing with claims before German courts and arbitration courts.

Alongside this we support our clients in the activation of sales partners in Germany. Our advice covers both the selection of sales partners and the drawing up of contracts with them.
